Sanaa Hyder is a therapist and relationship coach working virtually over zoom with individuals and couples. Sanaa is also a therapist trainer, consultant, resiliency group facilitator, an STAIR certified therapist. Sanaa uses experiential therapy and skills informed by neurobiology to help clients make brain change. Sanaa works with highly motivated clients to increase self-trust, increase self esteem, and create better boundaries. Sanaa works with interfaith couples, south asian couples, and those who want short term couples therapy. Sanaa is an adjunct professor at NYU and relationship podcast host.
